I’ve used Performance & Soft Washing, LLC 3 years in a row and will not hesitate to call them again. I don’t know how Justus does it, but he leaves my house looking like new, with the siding, deck, screened porch walls and ceiling, and all the window and house trim sparkling white. It’s a big job considering that my house is on a woodsy lot and all the spiders, wasps, and lantern flies we get, along with my 2 dogs that leave muddy footprints all over the place. Big thank you to Justus and his helper. I am truly enjoying all the clean outdoor spaces. As homeowners we have a lot of maintenance and home improvement to perform, and it makes such a big difference when you are able to hire help and they do an amazing job and allow you to focus on other projects, with a feeling that you’ve just crossed off a major cleaning job off your list and it was done well.

Justus Paz did an amazing job on my house! The before and after are truly night and day. He even did my driveway and front porch! I have some damage around my garage door and Justus made sure to take the time to scrub with a brush by hand to prevent further damage. I’m not sure what other company, especially owner, would do that. His work is exceptional and the communication both before and after left me feeling confident I’d made the right choice.

Justus is the BEST!!!!!! He was honest about what needed to be done and what areas really didn’t need attention. He was prompt, friendly and very communicative. I’m do to have some more power washing done and he is the only company I will consider!

I've always done my own basic pressure washing but when I moved there were parts of my new house I couldn't reach with my equipment so I hired Performance Pressure & Soft washing. Been several years since I’ve power washed the whole house and never could get all the grime off of it. Performance pressure and soft washing did it in a couple of hours and the price was worth it! Very professional and kind and courteous. Will definitely use them next time!!
